Jay Malanga
President, ShopWorks
Jay is an engineering graduate of Old Dominion University in Virginia. Before opening his own screen printing and embroidery business in 1991, he designed database and mechanical engineering systems for the Aerospace Industry. Jay is the primary system developer for the ShopWorks software product.

Mark Venit
President of The Apparel Graphics Institute
Mark is the apparel graphics industry’s premier marketing and management authority. He draws upon his more than 25 years of field experience with more than 500 companies, to create winning marketing strategies for his clients throughout the United States and abroad.
A graduate of Temple University (Bachelors and Masters degrees) Mark has trained literally thousands of executives, salespeople and production managers at the more than 1000 seminars he has conducted for the Imprinted Sportswear Shows. A recipient of SGIA’s prestigious Magnus Award, he is a former vice-president of the SGIA Textile Division as well as founder of the industry’s Variety Club Charity.

Mike Rauch
Software Development Manager
Mike has been with ShopWorks since just after company inception. Before becoming a ShopWorks employee, he worked at a promotional products company for 3 years, ending up as the Screen Printing Production Manager.
Mike has extensive knowledge of the practical uses of the program, as well as behind the scenes technical knowledge. His role in our company has expanded and Mike is currently responsible for most product development.

Greg Stevens
Technical Support & Training
With ShopWorks for over 10 years, Greg is the head of our technical support department. His previous experience in screen printing, embroidery and customer service has helped him become a valuable contributor to ShopWorks and customers alike.

Eddie Barreto
Regional Sales Manager
Eddie joined ShopWorks in 2004 and performs customer installations and training in addition to sales. Prior to joining ShopWorks, Eddie served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked for a national engineering company.

Omar Castillo
Product Development & Technical Support
Omar has worked for ShopWorks since 2006. His main job tasks are OnSite 7 product development and technical support.

Daniel Castillo
Technical Support Manager
Daniel has worked for ShopWorks for several years and his job is customer service and training, support personnel management, and helping to establish support policy and procedure.

Tony Williams
Regional Sales Manager
Tony is a Regional Sales Manager operating out of Atlanta, GA and also does training and installation for new customers.
Originally from Kenly, NC, Tony attended NC State earning a Textile Management degree. He has over 12 years of experience in selling fabric to apparel makers and cut & sew houses, working for Alamac, the largest circular knit fabric producer in the country. In addition, he worked with woven fabrics for 2 years and sold software/hardware for 2 years. Tony lives in Atlanta with his wife and 2 boys.

Becky James
Web Development & Technical Support
Becky heads our web development team and was the lead developer for ProofStuff.com. In addition, Becky handles technical support questions and training.

Technical Support
Sam is the newest member of the ShopWorks staff and handles front-line technical support and training.

Roy Marques
Consulting & Training
Although not an employee, Roy Marques is a valuable part of the ShopWorks team. While working with a large ShopWorks customer from 1999 – 2009, Roy was instrumental in many OnSite software improvements including additions to fulfillment and warehouse management.
Currently, Roy is a consultant for businesses in the industry and has serviced over 15 ShopWorks customers. Roy can combine OnSite 7 training with other consulting services to provide the “complete package” in making your business run more efficiently.
