Stored finds makes performing complex queries a matter of clicking a single button. A new "Toolbar" is accessible from every screen enabling fast access to your most common functions.


 
More User Access Control – Good user access controls just got better! Administrators control what records a user sees. Control a users ability to see screens and make changes to data on a record-by-record basis based on their "ownership" of that record. Ideal for setting up salesperson and other employee controls.


 
Attachments – Attach any computer file (Word or PDF documents, Excel files or art files) to records in the system as shortcuts or as actual embedded files. Document and file management that is linked to your database.


 
Increased Flexibility – No limits on file sizes or number of embellishment locations on a design. Supports secondary units for products including square feet, linear feet and a dozen others. Unlimited number of commissionable salespeople on an order. Sales orders can be comprised of any type of Product. More custom fields. Greater control over Chart of Accounts and Financials. More varied industry support.

 
Custom Order and Design Status – Create your own status indicators (up to four) for Sales Orders and Designs. Each Order Type and Design type can have it's own values and custom icon for each indicator.

 
Improved General Ledger Accounting – Additional banking transaction types. Improved inventory interaction including multiple warehouse locations and variable inventory valuation. Improved commission reporting. Accounting Troubleshooter tool allows administrators to identify potential problem transactions. General ledger revenue tracking to the product level. Better Workflow Management – Production Specifications and Shipping Specifications allow you to completely define how a product will be produced and how it will ship. Supports multiple designs for a single product, alternate quantities for production and the ability to specify shipments to multiple locations. Product-specific production notes and improved production controls ensure that orders get produced correctly and on-time.
