1. Additional phone support
and training is available. If you have
an existing OnSite Yearly Support Contract
training time will be deducted from your
account. Additional phone support can be
purchased in 1 hour increments at $50
per hour if needed.
2. 4 hour
Technical Support Block. Same as above
but purchased in a 4 hour block. $175
per 4 hour block.
3. Web Design
Services. ShopWorks can provide graphics
and web design support for your site on an
as-needed basis. Individual jobs or requests
will be quoted an hourly total. $75
per hour.
