| • Users can get OnSite 7 training by specific subject 24/7. |

| • ShopWorks Central is added to regularly, making it the ideal tool for distributing additional training materials as needed. |

| A single user name and password are used for all customer employees. They can all log in at the same time to view materials. Customers must have a Technical Support Contract (TSC) to be able to access ShopWorks Central. If you do not have access to ShopWorks Central please contact technical support. |
