OrdersLink Can Help Relieve Your Customer Service Department
OrdersLink is a web application that was specifically designed to take some of the strain off of your Customer Service department by allowing companies that are currently using ShopWorks OnSite to project order information onto a web site from their internal system. The application is just as safe as all of the other software applications from ShopWorx, since it is password protected, allowing you to decide which customers and salespeople can access what order status information.
Extra functions make this application particularly useful. For example, UPS and other package tracking is included, and tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to your site, every night, from your OnSite 7 system. Customers can track their items by clicking on a link that is made available. Another feature is the Design Thumbnails, which allows your art department to post images to your OrdersLink.com website, which customers and salespersons can see when they view orders.
