ShopWorks Provides Two Options for Training & Implementation

While ShopWorks Help is a great training resource, hands-on training is important to ensure you’re up and running fast. ShopWorks provides two options for their OnSite business software training and implementation:

Option 1 – Live Online Webinar-Based Training

This 15-part webinar course is designed for NEW companies implementing OnSite business software and requiring training. Each live course is supported by a pre-recorded video covering the same subject. You can attend the webinar, watch the business software training video, or use both to maximize your training.

The focus will be on EVERYTHING you need to do to set up and get your system running. Use the “Contact Us” link to request more information on the schedule.

Cost: FREE to all ShopWorks customers.

Who Should Attend: OnSite customers who have just implemented or are planning on implementing their system.

How It Works: You and/or your staff attend scheduled live webinars with a real ShopWorks trainer.  Each Session lasts 45-90 minutes and questions are taken during the class.  1- on-1 follow-up training is also available.

Option 2 – Self-Paced Software Training Video.

Cost: FREE to all ShopWorks customers.

Who Should Attend: OnSite customers who have just implemented or are planning on implementing their system.

How It Works:  Our self-paced OnSite business software training videos are similar to webinar-based training, but it is done at your own pace. Watch recorded videos whenever it is convenient for you and follow up with our live one-on-one Q&A sessions.
