• Listen to your employees. If they have concerns, are having a difficult time with something or have any questions, make time to hear them and ensure you really listen. They are a valuable part of your business, so you need to respect them by giving them the time and attention they deserve. If you do, they will respect you in return and work hard for you.
• Ask your employees questions. Studies have shown that asking questions makes your employees feel more valued and confident. This also gives you a better picture of where things stand.
