“ShopWorks Central” is a web-based resource center available to ShopWorks customers. This center is the main method of distributing training resources and upgrades to customers.

• We can post much more material on ShopWorks Central then would fit on more traditional material like CD.
• Users can get OnSite training by specific subject 24/7.
• ShopWorks Central is added to regularly, making it the ideal tool for distributing additional training materials as needed.
A single user name and password are used for all customer employees. They can all log in at the same time to view materials. Customers must have a Technical Support Contract (TSC) to be able to access ShopWorks Central. If you do not have access to ShopWorks Central please contact technical support.

ShopWorks Central is the ideal place to view videos and other documentation on how to use the ShopWorks family of products. This website is available to all your employees 24/7 with a single user name and password.

All OnSite upgrades are delivered via ShopWorks Central. Login, download your upgrade and follow the instructions provided. Staying up to date on your OnSite system is easier then ever.
